Each class is different but overall, we warm up the body, move through standing postures, seated ones and finish on our backs in lying poses. Some classes are a more vigorous practice while other classes are more gentle, and everything in between. Beyond physical poses, we also focus on the breath throughout the practice and finish with a relaxation/meditation exercise. These classes are open to all ages (13+) and all stages, from beginners to advanced yogis. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Other yoga props you may wish to bring include a strap, block, blanket and eye pillow.

These classes are a gentle practice where we use as many yoga props as necessary to support the body fully in lying postures in order to find complete relaxation. Poses are held between 5 and 10 minutes and do not vary much from week to week so that we are able to relax even more deeply. Though not a strenuous physically active class, this class will challenge one's ability to be in the present moment as we use stillness to quiet the busy mind and find peace. All props are provided for these classes but please bring a mat if you have one. These classes are open to all ages (13+) and all stages, from beginners to advanced yogis. Please wear warm clothing including socks.

Based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary series, each class sequence is similar from week to week. The warm up consists of Sun Salutations A & B and then we move through standing, sitting and lying poses, flowing through a modified Sun Salutation A after every 2 or 3 poses. Muscle memory kicks in as your body gets familiar with the flow while the mind must focus on connecting the breath with your movement. These classes are open to all ages (13+) and previous yoga experience is beneficial. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Other yoga props you may wish to bring include a strap and block.

These classes are open to all mobility levels and all ages (13+). No previous yoga experience is needed. All yoga props are provided with the main prop being a folding metal yoga chair. Each class begins with a warm up and then we either work from the head down to the toes or vice versa. Currently most of the practice is seated and we are slowly working to incorporate standing poses where the chair is an assist for balance and stability. This gentle practice provides time to look at specific joints that may be overlooked in other classes while also exercising the muscle that is the brain. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Note that there are stairs to access the studio.

A class between Hatha, Restorative & Power in style, Flow & Slow eliminates Sun Salutations and instead we complete a series of shorter flows through the first 1/2 of the practice, using our breath to help guide our movement. Once we have completed our Flows, we spend time focusing on some Fascial release before finishing the class with a Yoga Nidra (translated as 'yoga sleep' it's a deep relaxation meditation). These classes are open to all ages (13+) and previous yoga experience is beneficial. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All props are provided for these classes but please bring a mat if you have one.
