A sign will be posted on the door when I'm ready for you (about 10 minutes prior) so no need to ring the doorbell.  Remove your shoes & come upstairs to the Reiki room (behind the kitchen).

  • Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation through touch.
  • Rei is universal energy or spiritual wisdom which may be called God, the Universe, Source, the Divine or whatever resonates with you. 
  • Ki is life energy, also known as Prana in Sanskrit or Chi in Chinese. 
  • At its very basic, Reiki is hands-on healing energy.  It can be used to heal physical illness and injury; to change or eliminate unwanted habits; it can heal past trauma and so much more!
  • While Reiki is spiritual in nature in providing love and compassion, it is not a religion and can be practiced by everyone.
  • You are fully clothed, lying on a massage table for the session.
  • Hand positions include, but are not limited to, the head, neck, shoulders, heart, belly, legs, feet & back and can either be contact touch or at a distance, whatever you prefer.
  • Every person is different & every session is different but you may experience heat, cooling, pulsations, see images & the like.
  • It is important to be open to receiving healing energy and then see what happens.
  • The effects of Reiki can be felt for 7-10 days after a session and it is important to engage in self-care, drinking water, eating healthy food, avoiding alcohol, smoking & drugs, and reducing caffeine while taking note of differences in & around you.
  • Reiki sessions may also include Crystal Healing and/or Sound Healing.

COST
Initial Session:  $63 - 60 minutes
  • payment due in full when reserving a session
Follow-Up Session:  $52.50 - 50 minutes
  • payment due in full when reserving a session

Please note that these sessions are not transferable & expire 3 months from the purchase date if a session needs to be rescheduled.

Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
